Tennis and Fashion Make a Match at U.S. Open

The U.S. Open just closed its 2024 season, drawing tennis fans to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center as well as to watch parties across the city. The Open recorded its biggest one-day crowd, with nearly 75,000 attendees — and they got to soak in a lot more than just the matches. Tennis fashion has broken into the pop culture zeitgeist with filmmaker Luca Guadagnino’s 2024 “Challengers,” starring Zendaya, and TikTok’s trending “tenniscore” aesthetic.
